| The goal
of the Cornhole Game Association is to
standardize and spread the game of cornhole.
There are many people who have varying views of how to play cornhole
or what the actual name is, cornhole, bean bag game, softshoes,
etc. We have discovered the most popular way to play and have standardized
the rules and dimensions so people from all over the country can
play the same way.
We have updated our tournament listing pages. Now you will never
see outdated listings and new tournaments will be much easier and
quicker to put on the site.

We are putting out a call for photos. Pictures would help show
and describe the game of cornhole to people who have not played

we are working on a page that will list places to play. Please specify

Description: VIOLET TOWNSHIP BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION TOURNAMENT.
This a single elimination, 64 team limit, tournament. Top thre places receive cash and trophies. No coolers, alcohol, grills, or pets permitted. Rain date July 6. This is part of our old fashion "Heritage Days" celebration and there will be all kinds of entertainment, crafters, food cooked over open fires, pioneer and civil war encampment, antique tractors and working farm equipment demonstartions including threshing, baling, corn husking and shelling, sawmill, shingle mill, grist mill making flour and cornmeal, horse drawn hayrides,broom and spoon makers, blacksmiths, spinners, weavers, potterers, stone mason, log hewewing, and many others.
